House Rules

We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please take a moment to read and respect the following house rules:

🏠 General

This is a family-friendly, residential home. Please be respectful of neighbours at all times.

Quiet hours: 10:00pm – 7:00am.

No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted.

Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking may stay overnight.

🚭 Smoking & Substances

No smoking or vaping inside the property.

If you smoke, please do so outside only and dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.

No illegal substances are permitted on the premises.

🐾 Pets Pets are not permitted, unless explicitly agreed in advance.

🔥 Safety Please do not tamper with smoke alarms or safety equipment. Candles, incense, or open flames are not permitted inside the property.

Always lock doors and windows when leaving the house.

🍳 Kitchen & Living Spaces

Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself.

Please do not rearrange furniture.

Dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins provided.

🧺 Laundry The washer-dryer is available for guest use. Please follow instructions provided and avoid overloading.

🗑️ Rubbish & Recycling

Please separate rubbish and recycling as indicated. For longer stays, guests are responsible for placing bins out on the correct collection day (details provided in the house guide).

🚗 Parking Free parking is available as instructed in your check-in details. Please park considerately and do not block neighbouring driveways.

⏰ Check-in & Check-out Check-in: From the time confirmed in your booking

Check-out: By the time stated in your booking

Late check-out or early check-in may be available by prior arrangement.

🔑 Check-out Please leave the property in a tidy condition. Wash used dishes, dispose of rubbish, and place the keys in lock pad and scramble the numbers.

Ensure doors and windows are closed and locked on departure.
