By making a booking with Casa Lana, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once payment (or agreed deposit) is received. Prices are inclusive of utilities and standard use of the property.
2. Identification & Verification
We may request photo ID and/or proof of address prior to check-in. Failure to provide requested verification may result in cancellation.
3. Occupancy
The property may only be occupied by the number of guests stated on the booking. Unauthorised additional guests may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
4. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in and check-out times are confirmed at booking. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior agreement and subject to availability.
5. Cancellations & Amendments
Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed in line with the agreed cancellation policy. Date changes are subject to availability.
6. Use of the Property
The property is for residential accommodation only. Parties, events, or commercial use are not permitted. Guests must comply with the House Rules at all times.
7. Care of the Property
Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition. Any damage, breakages, or issues must be reported promptly. We reserve the right to recover costs for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
8. Cleaning
The property must be left in a reasonable condition. Excessive cleaning requirements may incur an additional charge.
9. Safety & Liability
Guests stay at their own risk. Casa Lana is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Children must be supervised at all times.
10. Smoking, Pets & Noise Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the property. Pets are not allowed unless agreed in writing prior to arrival. Guests must respect neighbours and observe quiet hours.
11. Maintenance & Access We reserve the right to access the property (with reasonable notice where possible) for essential maintenance or safety reasons. Any urgent issues will be addressed as quickly as possible.
12. Termination of Stay We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund if these terms or House Rules are breached.
13. Long-Stay Bookings Additional terms may apply for extended stays (e.g. cleaning schedules, utility caps, notice periods), which will be agreed in writing.
14. Governing Law These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.
